Key Responsibilities

Production Leadership: Manages daily baking schedules, delegates tasks, and ensures smooth operations for all bread, pastry, and dessert items.

Recipe & Menu Development: Creates, tests, and refines new recipes, adapting to customer preferences and industry trends.

Quality Control: Upholds high standards for taste, consistency, and presentation, troubleshooting issues and ensuring consistency.

Staff Management: Trains, mentors, schedules, and supervises junior bakers and kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment.

Inventory & Ordering: Monitors supplies, orders ingredients, and manages stock to prevent waste or shortages.
