Bakery Mixing Supervisors lead the team preparing dough/batter, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety by overseeing ingredient mixing, machine operation (mixers, dividers), training staff, managing schedules, maintaining hygiene, and troubleshooting production issues, all while meeting output goals and upholding standards like GMPs.
They bridge hands-on mixing with overall bakery management, focusing on consistency and adherence to recipes and production flows.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Train, schedule, and guide mixing staff, delegating tasks.

Production Oversight: Monitor mixing processes (times, temperatures, consistency) for all doughs and batters.

Quality Control: Examine dough, verify recipes, and ensure product meets recipe and bakery quality standards.

Equipment Management: Oversee operation, setup, adjustment, and cleaning of mixers and related machinery.

Inventory & Supplies: Manage ingredient levels, order supplies, and follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out).

Food Safety: Enforce GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety rules, and cleanliness.
